You are invited to participate as a Vendor and/or Sponsor at the Baltimore Humane Society's DogFest 2010 to be held at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium on Saturday, June 19, 2010.

DogFest 2010 will be a fun, dynamic event featuring a canine games area, educational seminars, raffles, a pet costume contest and animal related vendors from all over the metro area.

DogFest 2010 is a fund raising event to benefit the Baltimore Humane Society. It is a day of fun competitions and contests for dogs and their people. We anticipate over 10,000 participants.

As a vendor you will enjoy wonderful community exposure and sales opportunities for your products and services, as well as the good feeling of knowing that you’re helping to care for the animals at the Baltimore Humane Society.

Important Vendor Information

Event Date: Saturday, June 19, 2010 at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium, June 20 Raindate Rain or Shine

Vendor Fees:

$150 per 10 x 10 space (bring your own tent)
No fee for 501(c)3 nonprofit groups (please attach proper ID paperwork.)

Vendor Set-up Details:

Set up hours are Friday, June 18 between 9:00 am - 8:00 pm and/or Saturday, June 19 between 6:00 am - 8:30 am.

All vendors must be parked in their designated space not later than 8:30 AM on June 19. If you arrive after 8:30 AM, you will need to park in the general parking lot, which is free. You will need to hand carry your items to your vendor space. There will be an envelope at Registration with your company or organization's name on it with your booth number and four pink wrist bands for free admission for those people working at Dogfest 2010.

Dogfest 2010 is a one day event that has a rain date on June 20 which is a rain or shine day.

Vendor fees are non-refundable after May 15, 2010.

Vendors may not leave the event grounds before 6:00 pm.

Please bring your own display tables, chairs, and tents – unless previously arranged with DogFest 2010.

You may rent a 6 ft. table and 2 chairs from the Baltimore Humane Society for $30.00. Rentals must be ordered no later than May 15, 2010 (call 410-833-8848, ext.217 to make rental arrangements).

Portable restroom facilities are available for your use.

Refreshments may be purchased from the concession stand.

Animal rescue organizations may do adoptions.

Your business operations may take place only in your allotted booth space and the walkway immediately in front of your space. You may handout information to people passing by your booth.
